Offices

Spacious and modern offices from 1076 sq ft, which include:

Bathrooms for both men and women, Kitchen Area, Air conditioning, Porcelain tile floor, Internet connection and other services, Comfortable meeting rooms, Option to separate offices.

Warehouses

We build warehouses from 7.104 sq ft with loading dock, ramp and 26 ft high ceilings, as well as build to suit projects.

Expansion

Our expansion project is 107.639 sq ft with fully urbanized lots for the development of industrial and logistic projects.

Available areas start at 27.000sq ft. As well, we have open areas for storage of vehicles or other type of merchandise.
