We welcome to the Colombian company NITTA S.A, which has more than 35 years of experience in the manufacture of respirators under the N95 certification for professionals in the health and mining sectors, among others. The company has international certifications, such as the approval of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of E.E. U.U (NIOSH).
NITTA S.A has the recent construction of its plant to operate in Valle del Cauca of 50870 sq ft.
We celebrate the installation of Double M in our industrial park in an area of 24756 sq ft.
They have more than 25 years of experience in different sectors of the food industry in Colombia, both in national companies and multinationals offering core derived from dairy products mainly.
Manufacturing and logistics services of Oriente S.A.S, currently, Industrias Milan, is our new user in the industrial park.
This Santander company has been in the market for 28 years and has specialized in the commercialization of bicycles, spare parts, gymnastics equipment and sports accessories.
It began its expansion in Colombia in 1996 with the construction of new distribution and storage channels in major cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga and Cúcuta.
Since 2010, it began its expansion to countries such as China and Panama.
We recently received the recertification of the comprehensive management system of the Pacific Free Zone under the ISO quality and environment standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) with a validity until December 2023.

The Government issues the new decree on free zones 4.0. Its objective is, among others: to speed up the extension procedures, facilitate foreign trade operations and consolidate the Free Zones as a cross-border e-commerce distribution hub.
